“Just had brunch here at Cafe Urbano and it was amazing. So many different food options, and what made it especially memorable was the Karla the hostess and Oscar our server. Karla and Oscar were friendly, helpful and made me and my colleague feel welcomed and not at all rushed or unimportant. Great overall experience and I highly recommend coming!”
“I stayed for 3 nights in March 2026 and had a good stay overall. The hotel is dated and showing signs of its age, but is well maintained. IC Ambassador recognition was good. Service was a highlight, very nice overall especially room service and Geraldo in the Club InterContinental who was a gentleman and very attentive. Concierge was also excellent in arranging what was needed highly competent.”

“Room look nice, they were some wear and tear and some paint missing out, dents. But the service, girrrrrlllllll is outstanding. The daily room service cleaning, the water bottle they provide, the happy reception Kevin, Ramiro, Jimena. Did I mention the friendly staff, the amazing breakfast and it’s always changing daily!! Did I mention amazing views and elevators. Definitely worth the money and coming back.”
